Custom Duplex Pump Station
Our Customer came to us with a problem and we developed a Solution! They wanted to replace an existing duplex pump control system with dual electric pumps to an electric Primary Pump and a Diesel powered backup. Sooo…we made one. With full closed loop flow control settings that control both electric AND diesel pump output, UPS/Inverter controlled power loss monitoring for safe shutdown, and VFD fault sensing with automatic failover and control of engine powered pump! We tie all this into our Simple SCADA for monitoring and email alerts to give our Customer’s not only piece of mind, but remote control and history diagnostics via downloadable log files. A solution was invented, designed, built, installed, managed and commissioned by ONE company, allowing our Customers to focus on other issues and cut down on paperwork!
